AVENGER This model was made from the Accurate Miniatures kit utilising the MDC conversion set. The 'NAVY', the squadron codes and the serial numbers were all created in Adobe Illustrator and printed onto decal film via a Laser printer. The paints used were Xtracolor from the Hannant's range. The under belly radar certainly changes the appearance to the Avenger dramatically together with the enclosed rear cockpit. There was a reasonable amount of cutting required to the fuselage to fit the additional parts, but the conversion went together well. by Graham Green |
