This 48 page book follows the usual osprey format of good B & W images

table showing how many Tigers were produced and delivered. The Operational

a brief history. The usual 8 centre pages are of colour artworks covering
the PzAbt. 502, near Leningrad January 1943 in panzer grey. PzAbt. 501,

wheel Tiger of sPzAbt. 101 in Normandy 1944. The last chapter of the book
give a history for each of the colour plates, witch also supplements the
brief history in the Operational History.
Conclusion
This is a excellent companion to go with the Achung Panzer VI book, as
it covers most of what is in Japanese in the Achung Panzer. As with all
the New Vanguard books it is a good referance book, and being well priced
is a good starter book as mine was.
